Another Cop Investigated?
Heidi Gill is a 38 year old woman who was arrested on September 2nd, 2007 for disorderly conduct. She was out drinking at a local bar. Patrolman Richard Kovach arrested Heidi, and later used a taser on her. Officer Kovach has been placed on a leave of absence while the police district investigates his behavior in association with the Gill arrest. Some are claiming that the use of a taser was overly aggressive and unnecessary.
The Heidi Gill arrest video then shows Kovach getting help from a bystander to pick up a dazed and handcuffed Gill, who begs another bystander for help. Gill is brought to her feet and put in the back of the car, where she is heard yelling the word ‘‘please’’ loudly several times.
Kovach turns the camera to show himself and Gill inside the cruiser. Heidi Gill is screaming for help and at one point lies on her back, kicking at the cruiser’s back door window.
Less than a minute later in the video clip, Kovach opens the back door and uses the Taser to shoot Gill, who continues screaming before getting shot with the Taser gun again. After she’s hit, she swears and stiffens up. Kovach threatens to shoot again if she kicks the window again, saying, ‘‘You’re destroying my cruiser.’’
A woman nearby yells, ‘‘there was no reason…’’ and Kovach tells her to leave before she too is arrested, according to the video.
More officers now arrive, and Kovach orders Gill to walk to the other cruiser. She is jolted again, because Officer Richard Kovach claimed Gill started to run. However, it’s unclear in the recording if she ever started running at all.
Heidi Gill hit the pavement and was knocked unconscious, according to the police report. A man can be heard on the recording saying, ‘‘like magic’’ after the Taser was used on Gill the last time.
Officer Richard Kovack has been relieved of duty pending an internal affairs investigation of the incident. Heidi Gill has filed a lawsuit against Kovack and the Warren Police department.

Help Me Out Here, I Need Your Opinion
I sit here trying to understand something. I guess we all are different beings with different experience, different views, different feelings, and from different walks of life. A rule, policy, or law removes ambiguity and sets a standard so to say, or provide a guildeline, with or without a scope. Ok, here it goes, here is what I need to hear from anyone who reads this to give me their thoughts.
Could an individual claim that page on the internet be "harrassing" or is "harrassment" to them individually?
My feeling on this and my point of view is I thought harrassment was unwanted contact or communication. Should I come across any given page on the internet, it is with my own free will that I do. If the page bothers me I wouldn't go back to visit it.
Noone is making me look at the page on the internet it would be my choice to do this.

Justice does prevail, In good time.
When I woke up today I could feel this day would be different. I only snoozed 2 times this am. As I jump in the shower I go back to Sunday which was Father's Day. My sister and I went fishing with our father. He taught us to fish when we both were around 3 years old with the cane fishing pole.
You can smell the sunshine in the air, and I sit and take in the scenery! Aware of everything just disconnected. My sister and father have been very close her entire life. Once I got old enough and this father daughter bond apparent, I decided that My sister and father have lived lifetimes together. They can finish each others sentences, know what comes next, its uncanny. My family has come to accept my analogy.
I listen as my father tries to convince her not to make the 5 state move, without success. My sister begins speaking as though she is thinking out loud, and says, Dad, I just don't understand, how a human being to do this to me. What was the driving force of Seth Riewaldt to do this to me? Was it greed, or ego? Did he know I didn't have a husband and felt he and the cowboys would come into my home and scare the hell out of me? or did he keep his eye on the prize, my 18k of property he seized, thinking I would sit back and take the bullshit, and be "the model citizen" never asking any questions, thinking my good behavior would pay off? Or did he know enough about the law to know how to break it? She elaborates saying, 9 out of 10 people in my situation, would not question anything, pack up and move, and knowing his below the belt tactics, he would "attempt" to contact me, and when I don't show up claiming my stuff within 60 days, his cowboys and he become the lawful owner of my property? She wraps up with saying, I could never treat someone like this Dad, Even if I didn't like them, I could never do this to anyone. Dad says, Patience is a virtue. Justice does prevail, in good time.
Tuesday arrives, and MSNBC is set to show up at my sisters house!! Chris Hansen will interview my sister and her boys. I'm very excited, and will be there.
As scheduled the van and two cars show up in my sisters driveway. It was decided in advance, I would answer the door. The knock and then I don't want to be Over anxious, so I wait and hear the doorbell. I gather myself, and answer the door.
Chris Hansen is on the porch, so I invited the whole crew in, which is 7 people and a whole lot of equipment.
My Mother shuffles Stone into the Kitchen and begins talking immediately. My sister is just now coming down the stairs. She looks Gorgeous. She has a soft pick Summer St John's on. Dressy casual, and TOP SHELF. I look to see she has my mothers Stuart Weizmann's on, that I was NOT ALLOWD TO BORROW! My sister looks drop dead gorgeous, Perfect. I then do a once over look only to see, she has everything covered, soup to nuts, with outfit, makeup and accessories. She walks into the Kitchen and Chris says, YOU MUST BE ? She has yes and reaches to his extended hand, and he offers a shake and then gives her a hug.
He has my outline and makes some notes from questions. The crew spend about 3.5 hours. Chris doesn't leave one stone uncovered. I'm getting jealous!!
I am able to get close enough to him to say, He has amazing skin, with perfect pores, and an sexy jawline. His teeth are natural white and not much if any cosmetic work, perfect mid line. He also was wearing Helmut Lang, which makes the hair on my neck stand up. I do tell Gunar later of this,...(laughing!)
As they wrap things up, and the crew packs up. I walk them out, and Chris is still inside, AHHHH! I'm sinning in my mind, and it feels OK! My sister and I walk Chris out, but he continues to talk with my sister. I look up to see the neighbors in her community that have this sense of "THEY HAVE ARRIVED" standing on the sidewalks as though they await a parade, gawking over, gossiping and wondering, WHAT IS GOING ON~!
I do have to say, Ive never liked the people that live in her community, since they equate their middle classed new neighborhood to that of an upscale gated community.
I stretch my neck out to make sure, My Hummer, Is in plain site, and have to make a trip to it, unlocking and getting in. They need to know, let them eat cake!
When i return inside, I look to see the humidity has taken over my Doo for the day and I look nothing short of a modern day Medusa! I hope Chris didn't notice!
